The traditional effective method of treating medical waste is generally incineration. Because of its outstanding advantages in reduction, it has become an effective method for routine treatment of medical waste.However, incineration method will inevitably produce dioxin and other harmful gases, which cannot completely realize the harmless and resourceful treatment of garbage.
Based on the pyrolysis and incineration technology, our company has developed an experimental study on the integral anaerobic pyrolysis of medical waste. It is good that medical waste can be reduced, harmless and resourceful.
Medical waste is mainly composed of infusion tubes, medical rubber gloves, plastic of bamboo sticks, rubber and biomass. These medical waste will undergo high-temperature anaerobic pyrolysis by our company’s equipment. The plastic and rubber parts will undergo chemical reactions and eventually generate hydrocarbon fuels, combustible gases, carbon black, etc. The biomass part will be carbonized by the equipment at high temperature, and finally become carbon black, water, etc.
